Aiding low-income, first generation, minority students in the college search process through events and workshops dedicated towards providing relevant information.

Maintain communication between the Union and student organizations during events hosted on campus.

Offered excellent customer service to over 1,400 patrons in a fast paced environment.

Organizing and executing programing for parents of students in the Scholars' Latino Initiative. Topics covered included FAFSA, Scholarships and college application essays among others.

Updating all of Phi Chapter's social media accounts including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Tumblr.

Aided in the University's fundraising efforts collecting over 2 million dollars in a fiscal year.
